At Inspirited Education , we understand that life can get busy and plans sometimes change! To keep things running smoothly for everyone, please review the following cancellation guidelines:
Scheduling Policy
- Individual sessions must be paid within 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. If payment is not received, the session will be taken off the calendar.
- Multiple session packages must be paid up front at the time of scheduling the first session.
- Invoices will be sent via square. Card payments will have an extra fee for services and taxes. If you would like to pay with cash (zelle), I will waive the fees.
- ESA vendor payments, must be submitted at the time of scheduling.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions without notice, will be charged the full session fee.
- We understand that true emergencies happen, if that’s the case, please reach out and we can discuss options
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future scheduling availability
- If you’re more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session will still end at the scheduled time and may be forfeited.
